Enrollment & Advising

The Office of Enrollment Services provides seamless enrollment related assitance to students, alumi, faculty and staff.  Services include registration and records for degree-seeking students (undergraduate and graduate), transcripts, enrollment and degree certification. Located on the second floor of the Bunting Center, Enrollment Services also serves undergraduate students through the Office of Academic Advising.

Enrollment Services is located on the second floor of the Bunting Center in the Student Services Center, with an the Foundation academic advisor located in the  Main Building.  The main phone line is (410) 225-2234 and (410) 225-2315 specifically for academic advising. 

Hours of Operation

Office hours are from 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday- Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday during the academic year; summer hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday.

NEW!  Order Official Transcripts

MICA uses Transcripts on Demand by Scrip-Safe International as its trusted agent for providing transcripts.  This process is completely secure and available twenty-four hours a day.  Electronic transcripts are processed at a charge of $3.00, and printed transcripts will cost an additional $2.00.  Order updates are mailed to you and you can also check your status and history online.

Current students and alumni with a MICA portal account may order directly through their online Student Center.

Former students can order at  https://iwantmytranscript.com/mica.  You will be asked to create an account the first time you use this service.
