We now have a PolyCom SoundStation available for faculty and staff. We can deliver the PolyCom sysem if you provide 48 hours notice, otherwise you will need to pickup and return it yourself. It is the user's responsibility to make sure the room has an active phone jack. It is also the user's responsiblity to know how to use the phone. If you are reserving the conference phone and do not know how to use it, please contact Seth Crawford (410-225-2201) no later than 48hrs prior to your conference call. AV Services does not troubleshoot this device and will not set it up.
