Label A/B The Label A form must be completed and returned if you are participating in an exhibition listed on theDepartment of Exhibitions schedule, and are in one of the major galleries. Keep the Label B form and attach to your work for identification.
Label Template The standard label size used by the Department of Exhibitions is 3.5" x 5," printed on cardstock.
Techinical Request The Department of Exhibitions provides technological equipment (monitors, projectors, dvd players) for exhibitions listed on the Department of Exhibtions major gallery spaces only. All requests must be returned two weeks prior to the start of your exhibition.
Pedestal Request The Department of Exhibitions provides pedestals, tech cabinets, sconces, shelves and vitrines for exhibitions listed on the Department of Exhibitions schedule. The pedestal request form must be completed and returned for all pedestal requests two weeks prior to the start of your exhibition.
Pedestal Inventory The pedestal inventory lists the dimensions of the pedestals, tech cabinets, sconces and vitrines.
Sales Agreement As a service to students, the MICA Store and Department of Exhibitions will facilitate sales of student art work for students participating in exhibitions listed on the Department of Exhibitions schedule.

Brown Center Proposal The Brown Center Proposal form must be completed and returned if you want to exhibit in: Leidy Atrium, Rosenberg Gallery or Outside Falvey Hall. Departments and organizations are allowed 1 exhibition per academic year, not to exceed 3 weeks.
Exhibition Proposal The Exhibition Proposal Long Form must be completed and returned if you are an outside artist, or would like to represent an outside artist to exhibit in a major gallery at MICA.
Department of Exhibitions Request The Department of Exhibitions is available to provide art installation services to the departments of the MICA community. The Department of Exhibitions Request form must be completed and returned to schedule assistance.
Intstallation Handbook & Policy Guide The Department of Exhibitions Installation Handbook and Policy Guide is a guide to help with individual and departmental installation of artworks in the galleries that are overseen and scheduled by the Department of Exhibitions. Floorplans can be downloaded from Galleries.
