The mission of the MICA Staff Enrichment Council is to enhance the quality of the work environment and to foster the personal growth & development of all employees of the College.
Goals
1) To Make MICA one of the best 100 places to work in Maryland
2) Continuously offer and enhance professional development events and opportunities
3) Improve two way communication between the general staff and senior administration including the President
4) Advocate professional and personal training for all staff
