Statement
Ego-Voyeur is a series of self portraits which illustrate a sensory awareness of control, discipline, and surveillance over oneself; the project exists to allow the subject to reclaim a lifetime immured by male fantasy through activation of the female gaze. Inspired by the concept of psychological landscape, the images and image-making process allow the subject to exist with intention within an orchestrated reality.
