Statement
Rishika is an architect. She believes that cities are shaped by how people inhabit and use their spaces.
Her capstone project is understanding how Baltimore's policies of historically dividing neighborhoods has created an unequal distribution of resources/investment opportunities for development. The neglecting of certain people has led to a neglect in access to space.
