Natural Dye Initiative

Exhibitions and Events

The Baltimore Natural Dye Initiative aims to engage people in learning about the rich and complex histories of natural dyes, to develop and deepen local knowledge around the use of natural dyes, and to explore the artistic, cultural and economic potential of working with these materials. Hosting exhibitions and public events, including workshops and talks by scholars and practitioners, are central to this work. On these pages, you will find information about past as well as upcoming events and discover ways to connect to this project.
