MICA is widely recognized for administering an impressive selection of semester and summer study abroad and exchange opportunities - a reflection of our strong commitment to educating artists and designers who wish to gain a global perspective to influence their practice.
The Office of International Education (OIE) manages study abroad and exchange programs in over 30 countries, as well as off-campus study opportunities in the United States through our partnership with the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD) consortium. In addition to international program management, we offer comprehensive study abroad advising, information sessions and workshops, and logistical advice and support throughout every student's off-campus, or international experience.
We partner with various student service offices on MICA's campus to condense the process, so students and their parents feel confident understanding how academics, financial aid, and others, apply to their overall experience.
