We have partnered with many fantastic organizations in the past, and we also look forward to connecting with new partners!

CAC Members who are partnered with Host Site organizations are jointly funded through our AmeriCorps grant and a Host Site Contribution. This contribution amount is subject to change each program year and will be confirmed when applications open. 

Host Site applications for the 2025-2026 program year will be sent to current and recent partner organizations, as well as interested new partner organizations, in late Spring 2025. Our program year runs from September - August of each year.
