The exhibition Saltwater by Declan McKenna will be on display from November 8 - December 3 in the Pinkard Gallery gallery. An opening reception will be held on November 12 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.Exhibition Statement: The body creates memories, as a machine creates products, and the ocean creates her waves. Saltwater is a series of animations created with artificial intelligence, translated onto paper and concrete. These animations create spaces where the fragility and uncontrollable nature of memory is held and honored.This is a Student Space Gallery exhibition.
