My childhood heart home was a barn full of horses tucked away on the shores of a New York State Reservoir. Then I went to MICA where I ended my time at art school with a thesis that spliced together two different experiences of home; outdoor experiences of mountains and landscapes out West where half of my family is from, and the suburbs where I grew up in the East. Each experience is framed by the context of its landscape, and each landscape expressed via paper. The practices learned in my most recent work have helped me develop the seeds of an architectural landscape design practice-- one I hope to take forth with me as I move onto "the next thing."
