Adam Richardson is an award-winning designer and strategist who's been helping companies innovate and grow for over 20 years.
He is the founder of Baltimore-based firm The Enigma Bureau, which specializes in helping companies decode the "fuzzy front end" of new product development, and provides services in customer research, strategy, and experience design. Most of his career has been spent in Silicon Valley working with startups and Fortune 500 firms alike, including a decade at the global innovation and design firm frog design. His expertise spans the full spectrum of digital user experience, physical products and service design. He’s written extensively for Harvard Business Review, has spoken at conferences around the world, and his book, Innovation X, was published by Jossey-Bass in 2010.
