Duk-ki Yu is a Creative Director and Brand Founder with over 30 years of experience in the footwear, headwear, apparel, music, and video game entertainment industry. He is known for his innovative marketing ideas and brand strategy, which has helped him to connect client brands with influential young consumers and provide consumer insights that affect product creation process.

Yu began his career in the early 1990s as a guerilla marketing innovator for hip hop and urban music industry. He then shifted his focus to video game marketing and consultancy for EA Sports in 1999, developing lifestyle and college marketing campaigns for some of the biggest game franchises in the world, including FIFA, Madden NFL, and NBA Live. In 2003, he successfully introduced New Era Cap Company as a co-branding giant for the action sports and urban fashion brands, including Supreme.

In 2006, Yu founded MAJOR, one of the world's top sneaker and streetwear boutiques. MAJOR has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Nike, Adidas, New Era and Reebok.

Yu is also a passionate advocate for the sneaker and streetwear community. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been featured in numerous publications, including Complex, Hypebeast, and Sneaker News.

In addition to his work at MAJOR, Yu is also the Marketing & PR Chair for the Georgetown Main Street Program. He is a dedicated member of the Georgetown community and is committed to supporting small businesses and promoting the neighborhood's unique culture.
