Andrew leads an award-winning UX team as the Director of User Experience at Modernizing Medicine. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience in user-centered design at numerous conferences including UXPA, ConveyUX, and HCII. Andrew is an active member of the UX community as a member of SOFLUX, and a former board member and past president of the DC UXPA. Andrew frequently publishes on UX topics including articles for UX Magazine and he is the co-author of the book Eye Tracking in User Experience Design. Andrew received a B.S. in IT & New Media with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a M.S. in Interaction Design & Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore.
