The Academic Advising office is under the auspices of Enrollment Services and is connected to the Student Services Center. They are staffed by full-time professional advisors who are dedicated to working with all students through the delivery of advising, mentoring and enrollment services. There are designated advisors for both undergraduate and graduate student.

Center for Identity & Inclusion
The Center for Identity and Inclusion bases its philosophy on inclusion and fostering recognition and respect for the voices of all students.
Located in Fox 110, the Office is home to the Mentoring Network, a personal support program for African American, Latinx, Asian American, International, and LGBTQ students. Center for Identity and Inclusion (CII) Programming Committee plans and coordinates programs that serve the cultural needs of MICA's Community.
Throughout the year there are a variety of opportunities including educational and social activities that are planned and tailored to promote the improvement of academic success and graduation rates of artists of color.
Center for Student Engagement
Through the Center for Student Engagement, every MICA student will cultivate and invest in a community where they can grow a personal and professional network, have a positive college experience, and discover their identities, strengths, and passions. Students will have space to act on ideas and issues they care about as well as understand others’ experiences. Thus, MICA students will develop leadership skills to be makers and agents of social change.
Writing Studio
The Writing Studio offers one-on-one tutoring sessions, programming, and resources designed to bolster the written and verbal communication skills of MICA students.
