Bonnie Washington has been the Vice President of Public Policy at Aetna since 2013, which was later acquired by CVS Health in 2018. Before this, she was the Sr. Vice President at Avalere Health, where she provided clients with strategic policy and business advice on a wide range of healthcare issues including health reform implementation, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial strategy. She was previously the Vice President of Public Policy both at Novartis and UnitedHealth Group.

Bonnie is the new Chair of the MICA Parents Council as of August 2023. Her daughter Casey (MICA class of ’25) is a major in Printmaking.
