Technicians working in MICA's department of Technology Systems and Services are not responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, or updating computers or other technology items that are the personal possessions of faculty, staff, or students. They are not allowed to load MICA-owned software onto the personal computers of faculty, staff, or students.
