Multidisciplinary Workshop

During the three week session, all students participate in this seminar/workshop experience. In Multidisciplinary students are not limited by a single medium. Through brief workshop assignments, students experiment with the powerful expressive possibilities when media choices are driven by the vision of a creative idea.

Talking and Writing About Art and Design Seminar

During the three week session, all students participate in this seminar/workshop experience. The ability to use language to describe, analyze, interpret, and evaluate art is an essential part of higher education in the arts and design fields. This workshop helps students to feel comfortable and confident in their ability to talk about their own creative products and art and design created by others. Students also complete exercises to improve the ease with which they use written language to express their ideas about art and design.
