My capstone focuses on a bulk ticket order distribution tool. Large ticket orders of more than 30 tickets often require special handling and large orders require distribution of paper tickets. This B2B2B tool provides client partners full digital management capabilities relieving the pains that accompany managing paper tickets. Digital tickets allow for more complete event life cycle and fan data, reduce order processing and handling time, allow for better customer service, and increase satisfaction across the board for all users in the B2B2B2C workflow.
