My capstone focuses on addressing customer pain points with Notion’s steep learning curve, which often leaves users feeling overwhelmed when customizing and navigating workspaces. These challenges hinder productivity, delay onboarding, and lead to frustration when collaborating with teams in Notion workspaces. By introducing contextual guidance and informational beacons, the solution directly targets these severe usability issues, simplifying workspace setup and enabling smoother collaboration. This approach empowers users to quickly acclimate to Notion’s tools, reducing friction and enhancing their confidence. By solving these critical problems, the solution ensures that users can fully leverage Notion’s capabilities, fostering higher satisfaction and retention while making productivity seamless and intuitive.
