• Confidential testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases are available daily at the MICA student Health Center.  Student Health Center staff are committed to treating all of our students with respect and support their rights and autonomy.   We recognize and seek to meet the health care needs of all students, regardless of gender or sexual  orientation. Sensitive exams are performed with a chaperone present unless the student specifically requests otherwise. 
  
  
• STI testing is available year round for enrolled students at MICA.  There is no fee to the student to be seen in the health center for an STI evaluation, exam, or counseling services. However, we send all lab work to LabCorp for testing.   LabCorp will  bill your insurance directly the testing.   Any balance owed to LabCorp after the claim has be billed to your insurance is the responsibility of the student. 
  
  
• Students who desire increased confidentiality and wish to have testing performed without submitting through their insurance, the MICA student Health Center offers self pay STI screening.  We have several screening packages available.

• Basic Screening Package $59 : Gonorrhea, Chlamydia,  Trichomoniasis

• Comprehensive STI Package $132.00 : Gonorrhea Chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C
