While I have called Baltimore my home since 2019, I was born and raised in Queens, NY and lived in Pennsylvania for over a decade. I graduated from Shippensburg University with a Master's Degree in Social Work, and I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction for Social Justice from Loyola University Maryland. My focus has always been on working with college students, even when it seems like they make it their job to make me feel old. I am so excited to be here at MICA where I can pair my passion for social justice, equity, and empowerment, with my creativity.
When I am not on campus, I love spending time with my partner and our 7 cats, throwing axes with my friends, hosting trivia, and crafting. I love making things: I knit, crochet, cross stitch, paint, hand letter, and will try any craft I can get my hands on.
