Douglas R. Mann has been at MICA since 2004. Prior to that, he was a Principal Analyst for the Maryland General Assembly's Office of Legislative Policy Analysis and Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, was a Senior Analyst with Arthur Andersen and Co., and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Mann has a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York (SUNY), and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from SUNY. Mr. Mann is currently on the Maryland Film Festival Board and a member of the Parkway Theater Operations Committee. His past Board service includes the Maryland State Arts Council, Maryland Citizens for the Arts, Arts Education in Maryland Schools Alliance, Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations and the Maryland Film Industry Coalition.
