The MICA Student Counseling Center provides effective, high quality, readily accessible, culturally informed mental health and outreach services to MICA students.
Did You Know?
- The Student Counseling Center (SCC) is here to serve and support the emotional and psychological well-being of MICA students.
- SCC is dedicated to promoting the psychological wellbeing of MICA students. As a result, SCC provides a broad range of high quality, relevant, and ethical services and resources to the MICA community via our PATHs model, a needs based service delivery model that allows us to develop individualized support plans for our students.
- All student counseling services are free and confidential, available to any MICA student enrolled in a full-time undergraduate, graduate, or post-baccalaureate program.
Fall Hours
Regular Fall 2024 SCC hours are as follows:
Monday | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed 12 noon - 1 p.m.) |
Tuesday | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed 12 noon - 1 p.m.); 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. (by appointment only) |
Wednesday | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed 12 noon - 1 p.m.) |
Thursday | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed 12 noon - 1 p.m.) |
Friday | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed 12 noon - 1 p.m.) |
Weekday Drop-in Hours | 2 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (no appointment needed; first come, first served) |
