Having trouble getting it together? This workshop is for you! Executive Functioning is a fancy way of describing your brain’s control center. It helps you plan, prioritize, organize, get started, manage your time, remember deadlines, control impulses, stay focused, and achieve your goals. Exhausting, right?!

In this workshop we will tackle some of the biggest everyday executive functioning challenges. You will learn practical strategies and get support from peers that are going through the same struggles. Use the QR to sign up to join us!
