Graduate Teaching Internship

MICA's Graduate Internship Program provides opportunities for MFA/MA students to take on technical and pedagogical roles at MICA. These funded internships enrich the graduate school experience and better prepare students for post-graduate professional life. Contact Carolyn Case, Graduate Internship Coordinator, at gradintern@mica.edu with any questions.

Health Insurance Policy

All full time students must carry a Health Insurance Policy. If you have comparable insurance converge, you may waive the MICA sponsored insurance at 100% before September 30. International Students are required to carry the College insurance plan and do not have the option of waiving the cost. Information regarding the policy will be sent to students directly in their MICA email from the Insurance Administrator. Contact studentaffairs@mica.edu with any questions. Moving Into On-Campus Housing

Move in for new Graduate students will be on Friday, August 16, 2024 between 10am and 4pm.

New Graduate students will not have to sign up for a time slot on the Housing Portal.

New Graduate students will pick up their keys from the Office of Residence Life on the 2nd Floor of Latrobe House. The address is 120 McMechen Street, Baltimore, MD 21217.

After Hours Arrival: students who arrive on campus during the period of 4:30pm on Friday, August 16, 2024 through 9:00am on Monday, August 19, 2024 will proceed directly to The Gateway and pick up their keys from the Campus Safety officer in the lobby of the building. The address to The Gateway is 1601 West Mount Royal Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217.
