Ayisha Thompson is a seasoned visual marketing professional with over 15 years of experience.

Ayisha Thompson is a seasoned visual marketing professional with over 15 years of experience. She holds an associate degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology, a bachelor's degree in Human Ecology with a concentration in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and a master's degree in Communication Studies from Stevenson University. 

As an undergraduate research scholar, Ms.Thompson contributed to the Undergraduate Research Journal for Human Sciences, focusing on college students’ perceptions of professional attire. Upon graduation from undergrad, she quickly advanced in the fashion industry, becoming the youngest Chief Marketing Executive Officer at the high-end cashmere design house Christopher Fischer by age 22, where she established a strong foundation in brand marketing and visual design.

Passionate about education and youth development, Ms.Thompson has also worked as an etiquette coach, teaching business etiquette, professional dressing, networking, and personal branding to students in Baltimore City Public Schools and in partnership with the CollegeBound Foundation. She currently freelances her graphic design and brand marketing services to businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, helping entrepreneurs create strong, innovative brand identities.

Ms.Thompson 's unique blend of professional experience and educational outreach makes her a valuable asset to both academic and business communities. Ms. Thompson is committed to nurturing a new generation of confident, well-rounded professionals and business leaders.
